When You Don’t Know What To Say When Tapping…

Are You New To Tapping?
I know it seems crazy, however this simple, effective acupressure self-healing technique will help you with you in so many ways – physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Begin with the Basic Recipe to acknowledge and release whatever is bothering you right now – physical pain, stress, anxiety or worry.
Gently tapping on the side of both hands:  “Even though I have this pain (be specific), I love and accept myself, just as I am.”
“Even though I have this persistent pain in my back, and part of me is holding on, for whatever reason, conscious or unconscious, I choose to relax and open to the healing, with love and acceptance.”
While tapping around on the 10 body points:  “This pain *** this persistent pain *** this pain in my back *** this pain *** it’s wearing me out *** all this pain *** what if I could relax, just a little bit *** this pain *** this pain *** I’d really like to relax and let go.”
You Are Tapping & Wondering What To Say?
If you have been practicing tapping and coming to my classes for some time and you are wondering what to say, please remember that the very best practice is to use your own words and check in between rounds – notice your thoughts, emotions and memories.
Include the new information in your next tapping round or just tap while focusing on the issue, without saying anything out loud.
Also, you can always pick up one of the handouts from class and follow my sample scripts or visit Youtube and tap along with my videos or other amazing teachers.
You Are Getting Results & Want To Learn More?
You may have heard that I’m a big fan of the folks at The Tapping Solution.  Nick Ortner’s book The Tapping Solution and The Tapping Solution For Pain Relief are wonderful resources of more information about EFT.
If weight loss is one of your goals, I can highly recommend Jessica Ortner’s book The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss & Body Confidence.
Nick and Jessica (brother & sister) also have numerous videos about EFT Tapping.
Delighted With Tapping & Want to Help Others?
When I first learned about EFT years ago for pain relief, I sought out teachers in Marin and studied with them for years, until they retired from teaching.  I now highly recommend my friend, Rob Nelson, in Santa Rosa for EFT classes and training.
He offers regular, reasonably priced practitioner trainings in small groups at his office in downtown Santa Rosa.  Rob is a therapist who now uses only EFT in his practice, as well as training folks for their own healing and to help others.  Here is his web site:  www.tappingthematrix.com.
Even if you only remember to pat your heart and take a deep breath when stopping at red lights, use tapping to calm your nervous system, relieve tension and stress and bring you back to center.
