Over the last 6 years we have created a a safe and welcoming space for group practice, sharing and mutual support. Our weekly Guided Meditation/Tapping sessions on Zoom are an open group and it are always free to participate.
Each week’s sessions will follow a similar structure but we incorporate varying themes that focus on relaxation, centering, clarity and relief of stress, physical and emotional pain and healing.
These sessions are offered for free and I am humbled that you find them valuable. Your offering of support is accepted with deepest gratitude.
